  1. just before the war and peace show my intercom (a1) box went pop, took it out and sure enough the transformer has blown, so been looking to find the wiring vehicle system diagram for the intercom, spent lots of time looking on the internet and found naada! got the manuals etc but nothing re intercom wiring in it..

Had a brain wave and asked my local ham radio guy who has a zil 131 radio comms unit and he has found the diagram for me! awesome bloke :-), now ive just handed it over to a friend of mine to see if he can fathom it out?

hope so cos i need it fixed..

  2. We are currently looking for forum members vehicles to update our film/tv action vehicle rental list.

We tender for action vehicles for film and TV productions and we would like to add as many vehicles as we can to this list. Whether they are military or civilian from ww2 to current, all vehicles of any type including all eastern European, German, polish etc and any thing else that could possibly be used in any type of filming.

Your vehicle must be in running condition and road worthy and mechanically sound which normally is essential , but sometimes we have used rotten or burned out vehicles in the past.

So if you want the chance to get your vehicle in films or TV productions, and earn some extra money then please email us directly on trapper_industries@hotmail.com

We will need some good quality pictures emailed to us and a description of the vehicles you have available for rent and your location details, contact phone number and email address.

  3. My view is that the fairground should have been swapped with the traders thus leading the public from fair ground to traders to MV's and then onto reenactments etc

Also include free or very cheap MV's as a bus tours so as the older or lazy public etc can see all of the show with various stop off points along the way.

  4. congrats.. welcome to the awesome world of the ot-90..

  5. MY BAD!! sorry i have just realized i put 1943 instead of 1944..(typo)!

actually the gaz 67b were produced from 1944-50's after they were upgraded from the original 67's which were based on the bantam (not the willys jeep as some think) and the stamped grills and bonnet/hood were from mid 1944 on..

mine has its original vin plate which says 23.6.44 stamped at the base of the chassis plate, and the chassis number fits with its year of manufacture.

The gaz 67b's were upgraded 67's, having a wider track and higher ground clearance etc..and later on an extra fuel tank fitted, as Stalin was not pleased with the pitiful fuel economy and range of the 67's and the fact they ran out of fuel in the field regularly and were promptly shot to **** by 'z Germans'!
