I'm not too sure about water jackets as it may block important water ways within the water jacket area?

The inside of my Harley Davidson wla crankcase, cam case and gearbox had traces of red paint, when is rebuilt them I applied glyptol paint which is supposed to prevent any leaks from any porosity in the aluminium castings.
i used to work for Toyota and they used to dip their aluminium blocks in a liquid adhesive for the same reasons!!

Hi all, just a heads up! I recently sold a 1942 ford Gpw glove box lid with 3 brass data plates on ebay to a person in Jakarta Indonesia, I used ebays postal service and posted the item off, 6 weeks on and the buyer has told me he hasn't received them?
I've now found out I'm not covered as the postal service paypal used did not add a tracking number so if anyone comes across a glove box lid with 63368 they're mine and are reported as stolen!

Hi all, whilst we where over in ranville on the 5th June my son and I helped a guy on a matchless g3 put his chain back on as one of the adjusters had worked loose!
his mates had gone back to get a van and I was just wondering if he'd made it back ok?? I know it's late but I hope he enjoyed the rest of his trip.

I know it's a british bike but you'll also need to register with hmrc, it's called a NOVA declaration, it's a bit of a farce but dvla do an automatic check and if it's not on the register then they send your v55c back until you've done the nova bit.
its easy to do and you don't need to send anything as it's all online, check the .gov website.

seems the guy in the Nissan reported me for having a thompson in the gun rack
thompson on has now been sold
good ode luck with finding the jeep!!

Tony, I used to have a lincon but it died this year, I've now fitted one of these http://audiovisualworld.co.uk/optima-redtop-s-2-1-6-volt-1000-amp-battery.html and it holds the charge longer and cranks faster!
it does look very different though! I've made a wooden box to disguise it

Found this!
1. the asterisk (triple cross-bar) normally means birth or marks the date of birth
2. the cross means death or date of death

im building another one at the mo and I've found old new old stock ones on ebay which can be doctored to suit the parabike set up

Stolen ford Gpw glove box lid and data plates
in MV Chatter
Posted
Just an update, I sold the data plates on 6th July, the buyer said they would raise to a claim 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date which was 1st August, nothing has been raised yet and the buyer has not come back to say they''ve received them?
How long do they have to raise a claim?
