Mounts on the firewall bulkhead under the dash. Not sure about the charging circuit but the ignition goes through it.

Pulled the radio interference filter off my WC 51 and have no idea whether it works or not? Is there anyway to test it? I hate to have everything ready to go and have to source a replacement.

Thanks for the reply. I have all the TM's but they do not show the junction box layout. I am trying to match a rotary switch upper harness with my home made wiring and would like to know how wires are positioned around the junction block.

I am in the process of restoring a 1945 WC51 and rely heavily on this forum. Will post pictures as I progress.

My 1945 WC51 (12V) needs a new wiring harness but I do not have the funds to get a custom or NOS one at this time. Does anyone have a diagram from a harness they have installed that they would be willing to share. My vehicle has the rotary switch.

Does anyone know if there is a source for the clips that hold the vertical bowl legs in the bed brackets. Used, NOS or reproduction? Thanks,

Hello to all. Been enjoying the military vehicle hobby for two years now and I finally decided to move into the WW2 arena. I have started a frame off restoration on a 1945 WC-51. It will be challenging but I am very excited.
