  1. From what i have read about the spin on filter sets for Reo M35 type trucks most of them have anti drain back filters so oil pressure builds faster, so i would of thought that the engine would require slightly more oil to bring it up to the correct level as some would be retained in the filters. For more info have a look on steelsoldiers.com

    Hope this helps

  2. I've only seen the first episode and everytime you saw Mr Oliver driving it was an inside shot, which seemed to have been taken in something a lot smaller and lower than a Bedford truck. (just my observation i may be wrong)

  3. this photo looks as it may have been "staged" surely if this aircraft had belly landed there would have been more damage to the grass, this is only my opinion so please correct me if im wrong;)

  4. " This vehicle will not be issued a 654 and will not be able to be road registered."

the above is also stated on withams advert for a 432. looks like they are covering their backs just in case of any legal issues that may arise in the future from these vehicles being operated on public roads

I think that if people want to drive these vehicles on the road and can manage to do it legally it is up to them, the risk is theirs but it always reminds me of an advert that used to be on t.v for a legal company and their slogan was "where there's blame there's a claim" and with a vehicle of this size and weight any accident is not likely to be a minor one.whoever's fault it may have been

  5. I'm relieved to see that everyone involved in this accident is ok, shame about the aircraft but peoples lives are more important. I'm sure there will be an investigation and a lot of finger pointing but i'm affraid accidents do happen to the most skilled and experianced. Lets just hope that lessons are learnt from this to make events safer for all involed be it participants or spectators

  6. it could be something simple such as some muck floating around in the tank getting into the intank fuel pump and restricting the flow of fuel. also is your intank fuel pump running properly. M54 great looking trucks

    :)
