Hi,
Looking at the cammo,it looks like a Jordanian Army Scorpion. But as well as being got from Belgium, their is another way.it could be one of the Scorpions captured by Iraq, during the Iran/Iraq War & given to Jordan.

Well said,it seems fine in the warm, but flesh, metal & cold are not a good mix!

Some of you may be wondering why El Diablo (aka Grasshopper),works on other peoples vehicles, this is due to a number of reasons.
1.Not having any of his own.
2.It’s a part of his “community service”,for the horrendous crime of leaving the driver’s seat forward on one of my other CVR(T)s.So the more handsome & taller (not hard to be)owner was stuck, not all being as “vertically challenged” as Vince, all because he “forgot” to put the seat back. After 15mind of struggling & swearing I manage to work my hand, down towards the seat release lever, not Vince’s finest hour!

I glad the bits were useful, does it take the sling?I afraid that keeping up with current weapons,is a bit like keeping up with the Joneses!I stick with my wooden minimi & l86/lsw.

Hi,
Re the Spartan, since Vince "enjoys" working on CVR(T)'s so much (I learnt the hard way that flesh & metal don't mix),he has been "volunteeref" to do the next one.He should enjoy it,as it's in the best state a CVR(T) can be,a stripped out hull. The more you put in a hull, the less room their is!

Hi,
I hope the SLR bits has been of help,I should say that I bought a new spec SLR,but it came with a mix of wood & plastic. So I had to make up both sets,I can say that out of all the weapons I display at shows. The SLR is the most popular with the public,as well as a de-act,a mate had a wooden film prop SLR which he displayed (desipite being warned that nothing worked,he tried to change the mag & broke off the mag lever/button).
Regards,
Nick.

Hi,
Seeing as it doesn’t have it’s flotation screen & I don’t know of any ex-Belgium one’s that have.It looks like it will have be an ex-British Army one.
