My brother will be delivering an air filter to the chapter with the TRMU next week, apologies I don't recall his name
Stay in touch, we are doing a ground up on an SV2S so plenty of duplication of requirements to save $

I can put you in touch with a guy from somerset with a very original R100, we did the same for another chap on here.
The body on his is original so measurements and pictures might prove useful

Im sure that plenty are aware of these vehicles, but I notice on the http://www.travellerdave.co.uk site he has made visits to the La Calmette scrap yard this year and that it is to be cleared.
There are, I think, 8 x Pacific tractor units (plus other US vehicles) all in various conditions. is anyone planning to/able to step in and give them a home or is there huge price tags??
La Calmette is a long way down in teh South of France, it is possible to see them on Google Earth

Jack,
Fantastic news, you and your team deserve a "hats off" i'm sure that we can all contribute in some way to assist!
Maybe as you considered this years Softskin attendance just right then those in attendance should be the veterans for 2012?? sounds like a fair way to resolve things to me !!??
Looking forward already

For clarity can you please provide a brief overview of the percieved schedule for the weekend, I am clear on the Saturday: 9.30 into MN, 10.30 leave for Martinstown, Dorchester for the afternoon, depart for MN after heading up the carnival.
Are we displaying in MN on Sunday? family and friends are keen to attend to see the vehicles but we are unsure on plans.
Cheers
