I haven't any details of the build I'm afraid as it was nothing to do with me, I just took up residence for the weekend with some of my gear for a display on the open day at 493rd Bomb Group at Debach. It is an excellent build though...
-
New body on an original chassis.
All the gear in it was mine (bar the elevated chair and the largest radio set)
& thats me in it too!
-
...he's rolling, definately!
Nice cards
-
I found the 6x6 a little ...er numb... it made mine feel positively nippy (which was no bad thing ) :-X
-
percussive maintenance again... whack it with a mallet... no really it works... they stick... if you thump it whilst its working it'll more than likely start working again... worked on several old horns i've had... ohh err!
-
are the bushes on the armature okay (presumably if its been serviced...but you never know)
A gentle tonk with a mallet sometimes makes a difference... percussive maintenance does work sometimes
-
Nice one Degsy... congrats you you and yours...
have a Worthers Original :-D

I think you need to turn the stereo down a bit
-
It is a good series
My dad has a '37 Rover 16 Sports Saloon so he'll be chuffed!

Nice one Paul... so Debach this year then
Waddaya mean no? Get on with it!:cool2:

oooh me back:blush:
they're just what you need for doing those jobs in the back of the dashboard:D

Well I managed to fit new rear indicators to the dodge, fit a nos Brake light, bolt the tables for the radio gear in place, change the oil, wash out the air filter, catch a cold, spend all day in bed today, lose my voice, do a passable barry white impression and now sit here waiting for the nighnurse to kick in then i can go to sle'...:sleep:
-
Not sure... I've never seen HBT seat covers.
The originals on my Dodge aren't HBT and I've never seen any in that material before
where is this info from?
-
& Depends on the Voltage 6v 12v 24v?
-
Outstanding... it is of my 'best build of the year' list...
if not the 5 year list...
I love it...
makes me feel utterly inadequate though

Can I take my fingers out of my ears yet ?
My band folded last week - about the only other thing that has kept me sane for the last many years - if you're going to tell me something bad about my other home somebody gonna have to come round here with the white jacket with the optional long tie behind the back sleeves .:embarrassed:
comisserations old chap... always painful when a band goes down the tubes... been there :embarrassed:

Ahh the tolerant wife, the rarest and most usefull tool in the NMV restorers arsenal !!
-
Also inadvisable to travel to or from events with your weaponry exposed... so to speak  lest the armed response unit takes an interest... been on the receiving end of their enthusiasm... not fun!
