What exactly are you after? Details of the alternators themselves or general electrical information about the charging system?

Yes i am after as much electrical information on the alternators as possible as i have found a chap that can repair them.

I am going to Bovington meseum on the 26th november and i will have a look in the archive i have an fv432 reg 08 EA 81 I would also like to get a photo in service!!

If anybody needs a complete history of their fv432 i have the address of a chap that will write a booklet on your fv432,complete with photagraphs.

Jim and i will be happy to help you out,come and see us at the war and peace show.We have the 432 with the home made h frame on the front.

Hi just managed to sort out password on here so gooday to you all,interest comes from ex TA member long time ago,5 Queens(MILAN) joint owner of a FV432,have carried out major repairs on it,and now all is well.Arnie

This chap wrote a full history of our FV432 and put it in a folder,its woth it.I got his details From Bovington.Good Luck.

Hi there jim and i will be at the War and Peace show with our FV432,so if you have any qustions on repairs we can help,ours wasent chargeing all the distribution boxes and rectifier were all burnt out,plus we have changed oil,fuel filters,made an H frame which is how you will pick us out going around the arena at the w and p show;and changed the collector filter which beleive me wasent easy.We will be happy to help you out.Oh and Marcus Glyn has been a great help with spares and knowledge.
