  3. The ones i drove did that as well at first then went to base workshop came back brill. Only real problem i found in fox was the handbrake you would put it on and dureing the night would be bumped so dive into the fox fire her up and floor it about a mile later you were wondering what that burning smell was then remeber to take the handbrake off.

As for our normal use of them they were great fast at pulling away so silent with tyres we could sneack up on the enimy. and everyone one who had never seen one before always thought the side bins were escape pods Dont know were they got that from:cool2:.

And could get very scarry off road but we normal drove them to the max as a matter of course. Did have one broadside on corners a few times it did look good but was scarry sat in the turret.

  6. Just a quick ad in the police leave hgv trailers in lay bys were there is a high crime rate and use small leds to mark the trailer up not the fitted trailer lights. The ones they use look simlier to the ones you see on push bikes.

  7. Count me in as well. Could help out with tools helping hand etc.

As i idea could you not have a call number say to a pay as you go mobile so you dont need to put money on it. One person holds that phone and has i list of names, numbers and loctions of help . Saves everyone posting there phone numbers and loctions etc.

  11. 3 yes 3 jeeps coming out of burton latimer about 9.00 am this morning heading towards the a14

Front one was mark up as milatry police with a 50 cal on the back the other two were looking like normal gs.

Hand ups all those who remember lying there on a sustained fire session on a cold, wet, windswept range, peeing on the hot barrel of a GPMG to cool it down??? :):):)

A warm barrel was nice on a cold day. But as i was in cvr We didnt have that problem. but with sabre and chain gun when you uncliped the chain gun to release the hot barrel it would shot out and if you didnt catch it hit you right between the legs which is not nice with a red hot barrel. We found out very quickly welding gloves are a comanders best friend. As the silly little mole grip things in the ces kit were tottaly unless.
