Hi all . This is an event /challenge im doing very soon . Mads base 2 Base challenge is my Last Major Charity ride Ive done few and since 2004 Ive raised £47.5k for uk based charities ( R.N.L.I , DerBA , Daat , Cornwall air . Diabetes uk are just a few .) . But Im ending with the above . The ride starts 24th august from 29 commando plymouth I will Then ride & visit 66 Army bases & ride some 2,600 miles on Cg125cc . Ending back in 29commando on 4th August . Details of the route & pic of the bike shes been Cammied lol helmet also . Can be seen on http://www.justgiving.com/madrider1961 Too make it more challenge im L-plated & Disabled rider . I will be looking to see if there anyevents on route & if Ive time I will ride in . Next year it be R.A.F Harrowbeer event & my mosaic thingy lol you all take care stuart

This event is free one ( donations ) It set at old R.A.F Harrowbeer at Yelverton Dartmoor between Plymouth & Tavistock . We have Ex WWII vechiles attending from 1940s road show , old tractors , R.A.F St Mawgan Search & rescue display .RBLR .climbing wall . HIG . Working SPITFIRE , Standing hurricane ( This be first year these two aircraft will be back in the dispersal pens since war ) .oh Ice cream van also .Lots of other stands . Anyone who wishes to attend with there vechiles are more than welcome we have permission for camping on site for free also .

Im known as madrider1961 Im member of RBLR ( Riders branch ) . Ok I dont own an Ex WWII vechile but I visit as many events as I can where they are , I also am part of the committee arranging this years 1940s event at R.A.F Harrowbeer Devon . As member of riders branch or RBL we like to attend events as much as possble as group also .I have 100% respect for your total committement to preserving these vechiles from the past . I have got Austin Tilly R.A.F but thats on mosaic ive made I make these alot lol . I ride Cg 125 that well very very different AS member of the commettee for the 1940s event team at R.A.F Harrowbeer We will be looking next year to invite many more Ex service vechiles to this event ( we have working spitfire this year & Hurricane these will not be flying ) . It my way of getting involved with what you all do and if I can help with event each year for this then that makes me happy maybe one day I may even get real vechile but for now its just having mates who own them .
