I remember receiving an email a number of years ago inviting me to join this new forum, I just deleted it thinking it would never go anywhere.
How surprised I am to find this forum bustling with messages from all over the world.
I live in Aldershot but have never been in the services. I got into the ex-MV scene through off roading and buying a "cut up landrover" as the advert said. I later found out it was called a Lightweight Land Rover and it was an ex-Cyprus UN one at that. Wanting something bigger, I bought an M35 and having owned it about 15 or so years I now have a growing young family and spend more time with my kids than at rallies.
