Has anyone ever seen, heard of, or used their ferret mk2 turret to crane the spare or the wheels from their hubs? Just thought it may have been tried as a field fix? Also, ever notice how a toilet plunger mounted where the gun protrudes makes them look like a really mean, four wheeled DALEK? (DR Who 50th anniv after all.)

When they are all bright and shiney and sewn onto your coat. Get a 'Button Stick' it keeps the Brasso of your cloth.

Smashing pics of the biggest toy box. Pity these old boys think they will live forever and an historic wreck is worth what the Army payed for one shiny new from the factory gate. Old boys will pop clogs one day. All that stuff will be weighed in for a few quid a ton, pure averice.

FILET CREVETTE. Shrimp Net. I like shrimps, cooked in butter and a little dry white wine. But why the nets are camoflaged, do the shrimps have such good eyesight ?

Hi, I came across "Fiddlers Green Paper Models" . They have a splendid collection of First War Tanks, British, French and German. With very detailed drawings, in colour. I'm ordering a full set ( for the grandchildren )

Nice to see Champs, back in the early sixties a yard in Oxford, advertised 'runners' for a fiver ( yep, five quid ). About the same time Which magazine recommended ex army Champs as , best value 4x4.
So why didn't I get a few and stick 'em in the barn.

2. Didn't think it woul be worth the effort.
