2x Tidy GMC’s on the back of a lorry on M40 this evening, heading North, just south of Oxford. 

Just seen this on eBay, item no. 313183556534
It looks like a MWC water tank to me. 

I’m after a hitch for my 10 cwt airborne/ lightweight trailer and also the hook-hitch for the rear of the trailer. 

Oh ok, thanks. I’ll carry on trying to find its X number although I’m not too hopeful somehow.

Hi all. I picked up this airborne trailer this week. It’s missing the data plate, so I started removing paint to see if I could find its X number but I found what appears to be 533RN painted on both front lower sections. I’m assuming Royal Navy, but on an airborne trailer?? Any ideas? Thanks. Matt

Hello all, I'm Matt, I've been a member of the forum for a few years, but I'm afraid to say that when I first joined I didn't do the intro and didn't get on here very often. So I'm sorry for that. But now I want to try and get properly started with some projects and be more involved with the forum.

I'm a farmer, based near Henley on Thames, oxon and Ive always been interested in old vehicles, especially of the green variety. We own 2 Bedford mw's as well as an Oy, which I want to start restoring, hopefully later this year, as well as some civilian Bedfords from the late 30's and late 40's.

Im looking forward to meeting more like minded people on the forum.
