  1. Just seen this on eBay, item no. 313183556534 It looks like a MWC water tank to me.
  2. I’m after a hitch for my 10 cwt airborne/ lightweight trailer and also the hook-hitch for the rear of the trailer.
  3. Oh ok, thanks. I’ll carry on trying to find its X number although I’m not too hopeful somehow.
  4. Hi all. I picked up this airborne trailer this week. It’s missing the data plate, so I started removing paint to see if I could find its X number but I found what appears to be 533RN painted on both front lower sections. I’m assuming Royal Navy, but on an airborne trailer?? Any ideas? Thanks. Matt
  5. Glad it was a good weekend, cracking photo too. Matt
  6. I’ve just seen this in today’s telegraph, the jeep looks familiar 😉
  7. Sherman Tank on a lowloader on the M4 near Junction 13 heading west about 4.15 today.
  8. Hi John, did you sell the hitch? Thanks. Matt
  9. Good point, it’s the right side I’m after. Thanks
  10. Hi all, just wondering if anyone has or knows of a front Gpw leaf Spring for sale, either one Spring or a pair. If got one nice one so trying to find a mate for it, or will have to go repo. Thanks. Matt
  11. That mw is looking amazing Jeremy! Are you just looking for an engine panel to borrow for a pattern or to buy? I can bring one to stoneleigh for you to borrow if any help?
  12. Congratulations! Look forward to seeing photos. Not at all envious!
  13. Thank you all, I'll get some photos posted on here, would love some bigger toys but, time and money as usual! I've always had a soft spot for Bren gun carriers! i did meet toy in Normandy Jeremy, we were on the other side of the field from you at the mvt campsite, with the aero screen mw.
  14. Hello all, I'm Matt, I've been a member of the forum for a few years, but I'm afraid to say that when I first joined I didn't do the intro and didn't get on here very often. So I'm sorry for that. But now I want to try and get properly started with some projects and be more involved with the forum. I'm a farmer, based near Henley on Thames, oxon and Ive always been interested in old vehicles, especially of the green variety. We own 2 Bedford mw's as well as an Oy, which I want to start restoring, hopefully later this year, as well as some civilian Bedfords from the late 30's and late 40's.
