Analoguething

Moring, I'm looking to purchase a Zil-131 or a Ural-375 (flat bed type), could someone give me a bit of clarity on buying one, what's the steps to import one, are their companies will handle all the importing? Also are there any companies that will get it road registered and legal, the paperwork looks a nightmare. The other option would be to buy one in the UK but it seems like they're rare. Many thanks
