  1. I have just rebuilt my pump The engine was working OK until the fuel pump died, But now I have another problem, I think I have a stuck rack in the injector pump. I have seen a short blog on this in the past but cannot locate it I don't know much about injector pumps and could do with a little help. The fuel pump is now refurbed and working, the Solenoid is refurbed & working, the Stop pedal is UP, and the governor has Oil, Fuel Pack filter, and collector tank filter cleaned, The Fuel emptied and replaced with fresh but it will not start. Nothing coming out of the injector pump, the rack is in the "off" position (To the LEFT Side) so I assume nothing would come out? Here is my question - With the Engine stopped and the Fuel solenoid held open should you be able to move the rack manually by pushing on the end Without turning the engine over and risking the engine running away if the rack sticks open or breaking something else? Any help is appreciated. Graham

  7. Hi, You say "seals and rear bearing were available locally they are standard sizes" it would be very helpful if you could tell us the supplier and if possible;e any part numbers. Also did you get new brushes? I have mine in bits the seals don't look bad very small amount of leakage, It would be nice the get replacements before I extract them. I have New Pump liner & Impeller blades. Graham
