It was missing it's towing eye so we adapted an m24 lifting eye to suit. Took almost 4 yrs to get round to it, my friend towed it the 10 miles back here with a tractor. The long term plan is to make some sort of shepherds hut out of it, when I get the time!

Hi folks, found this interesting forum via google! I got this trailer from a friend, all he knew was "it's an ex army trailer", it had been sat for many years. I think he'd planned to use it as a boat trailer. From other threads on here I managed to find out it's a Sentinel, and find the chassis plate on it which was well painted over. Any idea of the year of manufacture, or what it would have been originally used for?
