Ron, could You tell me more about the contract number and history of the 3HW?

I found a Triumph 3HW. framenumer TL 31649. Engine number 3HW 41649. Stood for 37 jears in a dark dry shed. It runs! It might be for sale. Location is near Arnhem in the Netherlands It came with a BSA WM20 I beleive.
