  1. Thanks to you all for your very quick replys. I was hoping that someone may have the answer as to why a british unit was using Canadian vehicles. The roll the 119th played was that of close support for the infantry as we had gained Air superiority. Thanks again Neil
  2. Hi, I am looking for information about the 119th light anti aircraft regiment during the second world war. My father served with them in france and germany in 1944/1945 under the command of the 15th scottish. My father told me they used a 40mm bofors gun mounted on a canadian truck. Any reference I can find only ever mentions the british using a morris truck. Thanks Neil
