  1. Hi guys - I was wondering if anybody could help please?

A pal of ours is on the hunt for a 432 or 434 - it doesn't matter if it needs some work doing to it, but better if it's complete!

If anyone can help, I'll put you in touch with each other

    Huge thanks

    Cheers

    Graham

  2. Hi Terry - how are you? I hope all's good!
Rob Dove and his Brother checked the vehicle's history pretty thoroughly before we bought it - we asked the same question - and they reckoned it started as an Experimental vehicle - maybe it subsequently went to Belgium. If anyone's interested, I'm sure he'll still have the documentation for the experimental part of its life.

    Cheers

  3. The Sabre was built from a Scimitar experimental hull and there were only four made.

As far as we are aware it’s the only one left in existence, so it has a bit of provenance.

It had a Scorpion turret on when it arrived at Rapid Restorations, but has since been changed to a Sabre turret.

This road registered, petrol-engined Sabre still has all the prototype driver’s controls – so the dash has a key to start, no generator box, just direct from alternator.

There are holes on the inside of the fighting compartment where, back in the day, the weight bar was situated to simulate crew and internals for trials.

We can help with export and transport if required.

    Price £42,000

Please call 07980 449 721 for more information.

  4. Many thanks guys - yes, it's difficult to know isn't it. I always reckoned a T34 was worth about half a Sherman, but I think asking prices at the moment are in a state of flux. I'm not aware of many actual sales - I guess it might stabilise as the weather improves?

  5. Hi guys - your help would be hugely appreciated please!

A friend has been asking how much a good, restored post-War T-34/85 would cost please? (BTW The photo's just for illustration)
