Sorry to be a nuisance. I'm going to raise it slightly to make it a more useable chair. Could any of you tell me what material the floor in the back of a Dorchester would've been. I assume timber of some sort. Cheers guys.

Ah brilliant, so I'm on the right track then. No markings that I can see, but I intend to dismantle it a bit to have a better look.

Hi everyone. I was wondering if you knowledgable people could help me unearth what this chair is. The seat back is 63cm high, the seat itself is 32cm high and its 50cm wide at the front reducing to about 33cm at the back. The colour at the is a yellowy brown colour, but the original appears to be an olive green. Any help would be great. Many thanks James.
