Hi
I am a history teacher and also part-time editor/researcher. I recently edited and researched a new edition of a well known FEPOW book and am also working on another about a British family who were trapped in Nazi occupied France.
My interests range from World War One (pretty much everything), WW2 (Singapore and its fall (my grandfather was on the 15inch guns), North Africa and the war in the Mediterranean (an uncle transferred to a currently unknown other unit was killed when his armoured vehicle caught fire) to the Normandy Campaign and also other conflicts such as the Vietnam War.
I do not own any military vehicles of my own but hope I can to learn from reading and asking questions on this expert forum.
