Hi there,

I am buying an Alvis Saracen but can't get it running. Was last running about 18 months ago. Now it will turn over but won't fire up. I'm thinking it's the coil, anyone else got any ideas or had any experience with this?

Just saying hello. I'm new on here, my family have a SUMB, and Morris 8 Series E staff car. I'm in the midst of purchasing an Alvis Saracen at the moment but am having some technical issues. So if there are any Saracen on Rolls Royce B80 experts out there, I'd love to hear from you!

I've all but bought an Alvis Saracen APC however it needs to be running to get it up my field and I can't start it. It was last running about 18 months ago, however now it will only turn over and will not actually fire up. I think it might be the coil.
