  1. Just thought that I'd mention that the pub doesn't do food as far as I know, my food was supplied from the cooks trailer very nice it was too. I stand to be corrected on this.

Don't let that stop you from coming over

Hi All, Just a bit of info about Food at the Scotch Piper event, Paula the Landlady is probably going to do a BBQ on the Saturday night if there is enough interest and may make it a 40's themed BBQ, so come dressed up!?!.:nut:

  2. The one and only pic of my Ferret and the Janines RB44 ignore the flags they were just for fun.

    Hi Andy,

I will email you a photo of each of the 2 vehicles that you had at the show that i took.

    Cheers, Mark

  3. Excellent weekend. Good weather, relaxed atmosphere and good crowd on both days. The West Lancs MVT deserve a pat on the back for all their hard work and organisation. Vehicle numbers were up again this year (80 plus?) with a good range of interesting stuff. Great to see Glynn Beresford winning the best British WW2 softskin with his Morris CS8.

The road run into Southport on the coast road was invigorating ( well done Mark L.!!) The spin round the runway was a bonus although the Tilly had lost most of her oil by the end. I assume the commentary was excellent Chris - I can't hear anything when driving the Morris!! I did hear the RC airplane commentator describe you as a "lovely man"!

(Apologies again for my choice language in your presence when referring to a colleague! - you know who I mean)

Look forward to seeing any photos of the event. Roll on Woodvale 2011

Hi Martin, Glad to hear most people seemed to enjoy the Roadrun, i was a bit worried about it on the lead up as i knew i only had Keith available as Convoy control as not many motorcycles turned up and i wasn't sure how many vehicles would line up, in the end it turns out that there was 21 and Keith did an outstanding job of keeping the convoy together, well done Martin on your award. Also glad to come 2nd place to Glynn's CS8 - very nice set up he had!.
