From my memory of passing by on the train, the slope of the windscreen was very similar to a CMP Chevy

I realise list I have spelt 'Vehicle' wrong but alas cannot seem to find out how to edit the post name.....

I have seen this truck parked up in a yard between Billingshurst and Christs Hospital for the past few years (as you can see by the Google image). The cab appears Military, I wonder if it can be rescued?..........

At a guess it could be an RASC one (if the top left triangle has any sign of blue paint.....)

Hello everyone,

I am involved with a property which has an Anderson style shelter within its grounds. At the end of the shelter there is this small generator. Would people be able to prvide more information as to its age and likely use? The fuel tank was appears to of been housed in a small asbestos lined structure located externally above ground to the shelter. Unfortunately we are unsure as to how long it has been there but the external step leading to the entrance would of made extremely difficult installation...

Apologies I couldnt get a clear picture of the engine number but the lighting at the time wasn't too good!
