Here are some more photos to help with Identifying this interesting trailer:
Any idea what type of trailer this is and where I can get parts for it?

The top black and white photo shows what this very original GPW looked like when bought from the US Army in 1945. The trailer has been with it ever since then. Both the jeep and trailer have been sitting in a garage for the past 40 years. The trailer had so much junk on it, I was having difficulty taking pictures of it.
The A.F.S. which I take it stands for Auxiliary Fire Service (?) would they be a part of a Garrison force, similar to the one sent to Iceland, 10th may 1940?

Dear all,
Can anyone help me ID this trailer. Its wood construction. Could be an ammo cart?

GPW Jeep frame / chassis rivet video
in Blogs of MV restorations
Posted
Hello guys,
That is my video As for the question of the number of dies needed, we built 4 different dies for
the clamp to be able to reach in all places in the frame. We have already done 3 GPW frames using
these tools, 2 more to be done soon. More info can be seen on g503 forum. To me using the allen
head solution or imitation rivets is fine if you are just replacing the gussets, but to completly restore
the frame and get rid of all rust, it really needs to be stripped done.
