Question, help please!

In finishing my trailer and putting air through the system, the air over hydraulic front brakes operate as soon as the emergency line is opened, so I assume we have a stuck valve somewhere , just got off my back after wacking all valves with a hammer in frustration, does anyone know or have a layout drawing of the valve blocks?

john check the valves were hoses from draw bar join trailer.

Have run mine for 11 years with no pump in axle. Harris fun fair is still worked theirs isnt fitted with pump either

had same fault with early 109 try deadjusting all drums clamp all shoes with g clamps. so cylinders are all closed so no air can be trapped. then pressure bleed.

trixie still in bits. need some dry weather .get some painting done. may have to use the mu this year

It is now owned by Peter Doe in Hampshire who also has an Explorer and a Handyman.
