does anyone have any size information on the exhaust valves and collets?
Valve- height of groove for collet from valve head
Collets- small diameter ,large diameter ,length ,taper ,height of groove from small end.
or does anyone in the north have these that I can have a look at?
Thanks Glynn

Hi Martin welcome.
always loved the martian there are two near me rotting away if you need more info let me know.:-D

Yeah its good stuff but get the right size for the cable. You can shrink it with a hot air gun or by rubbing it with a soldering iron but be careful not to burn through . Different makes have different shrink rates, And lots of colours.

I use gas but every year a nasty boc bill comes through the door about £70 and i still have to pay for refill when it runs out. Never tried gasless but what is said on here i think i will try it. And definately get an auto helmet brilliant and getting cheaper all the time.

i would go for tig try a local engineering firm probably cheaper than you think.

Dymamic timing on a sugga, to look at timing marks your head is millimetres away from a big sharp fan and cant make out what the marks mean anyway.
