Two photos from my collection, Fire truck run by German POWs at a pow camp in Germany nov 1945.
Very nice pictures. Is it possible to read the USA serial number from the original pixs?

these pics look interesting....
I purchased those photos at an estate sale here in the states about a year ago, they are posted on my website www.firetrucks-war.com. Would like to learn the location that the photos were taken. Thanks for posting them at this site.

Welcome to the forum, Ted
Do you currently own a vehicle?
I live in East Anglia (as do quite a few forum members) and there are former US air bases all over the place here. Lots of memorials too, have you ever been to England?
Gareth
I have never been to England and at this time do not own a military vehicle.

Hello to all the members of the forum. My name is Ted, from Maryland USA. I am a former US Army firefighter that served in Vietnam and Fort Riley, Kansas. My interest is US military fire apparatus from WWI & WWII. Want to thank all the forum members that have visited my website www.firetrucks-atwar.com Am also interested in information on the US Army Engineer Aviation Fire Fighting Platoons that served in England. Here is one of my favorite photos showing members of the 2095th Engineer Aviation Fire Fighting Platoon at Deenthorpe Airfield, #128 with their 1943 Ford-Oren Class 135 & Fordson Crash Tender.
