  1. Hi All, does anybody recognise this old switch? Years ago I saw a similar one on the dashboard of a WW1 lorry displayed at Duxford. The brass ring surrounding the ammeter can be turned independently and it’s marked ‘OFF’ ‘C’ ‘L’ and ‘H’. I presume these initials stand for ‘Charge’, ‘Lights’ and ‘Headlights’? The backplate of the switch is made from wood, the switching action is very smooth and positive and it’s a well made item. I would like to know more about it and would be willing to part with it especially if it was destined for a nice restoration project. Backplate dia = 3 & 7/8” and it’s 2 & 1/16” high.
