Hey first time with this thing so here it goes. I was wondering if anybody could help me with some info regarding the BTR-60 Russian APC. I have found one in the uk for a reasonably cheap price and am happy to restore it to my Hearts content. BUT there is one problem. I was hoping to be able to use this on the public roads of the uk as this would be amazingly fun however I looked up its width which is 2.8m. I then compared this to the UKs width law of 2.5m. Is there anyway in which I am still able to drive this on public roads? Do I need a special license and how difficult is it to obtain it? Also any other information regarding the BTR-60 that I may find useful would be much appreciated. Thank you and I hope to hear from people soon.
