:) Hello, me again.

A pal emailed this to me today. With all the doom and gloom around, this was a ray of sunshine....

icon_biggrin.gifAlways wear clean underwear in public, especially when working under your

vehicle.

From a local daily comes this story of a Walsall couple who drove their Land Rover to Asda, only

to have it break down in the car park.

The husband told his wife to carry on with the shopping while he fixed the car.

The wife returned later to see a small group of people around the vehicle.

On closer inspection, she saw a pair of hairy legs protruding from underneath.

Unfortunately, although the man was in shorts, his lack of underpants turned his private

parts into glaringly public ones..

Unable to stand the embarrassment, she dutifully stepped forward, quickly put her hand

UP his shorts, and tucked everything back into place.

On regaining her feet, she looked across the bonnet and found herself staring at her husband

who was standing idly by.

The RAC mechanic, however, had to have three stitches in his forehead

As good as one of my colleagues who described walking into our office loo to be confronted by a gentleman washing his undercarriage over a sink.

"You carry on" is all he could feebly say as he got on with his own affairs.

Reminds me of a line that has stuck with me all these years (slightly paraphrased for decency) from my first ever tour in Omagh.

It's my hand, my soap and my undercarriage and I'll wash it as fast as I want. I can attribute it to our attached RHG/D Trooper whose name now sadly escapes me.
