ArtistsRifles Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 About 2 inches of snow here & lots more forecast... still coming down... must resist the urge to go fetch the truck and go for a play!! Nothing here today. We had thick ice yesterday morning and the dog did a passable impersonation of Torvill & Dean trying to run down the path. Today it's warmed up and we had rain for a while. Blue skies now though!! Quote
chevpol Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 no snow here in Stoke either, was rather looking forward to not doing my school run this morning!!!! :argh: Mark  Quote

Tony B Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 Last night following a wet day, the car was so frozen over at 22:00 couldn't get the **** door open. Today in London gone mild agian!! Send some snow down please!! On a week holiday and may FINALLY get to play with dodge in some snow! Quote
Espressodude Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 a bit more snow then thaw then a cold snap so very slithery underfoot Them old Dodges with the military tread ain't worth a Ford on ice.. Had my 41 WC-12 all chained up on all 4 tires; slid down the driveway half sideways, into the ditch. After I got off pavement(in the ditch) had plenty of traction. Back on pavement, slip and slide.. repeat.... Quote
Tony B Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 I have about twenty acres of ground to play on! :-D Seeing the locals driving in good conditions is enough to keep me off the roads in bad. Quote
