WWII British identity discs

Hello,

Came along these Identity discs of J. Jeavons with service number 14815868 and CE (Church of England) religion. I do not know much about this topic but thought the double set or reserve set would be special. I know the first three digits represents a specific unit . Does anybody know which unit 148..... stands for? Can these ID discs be dated on the 8 digits number? Any other information is welcome!

This falls under the block allocated to the General Service Corps where all recruits were allocated from 1942 or so. My father had a number beginning 145***** and he enlisted February 1943 so this chap would have been later.
