MrEd Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 Hello all, i have a breaker narrow track that has terminal rust in the chassis but the running gear is surprisingly serviceable so I will break it for spares. one thing, it has a slight bend in the draught eye shaft - I was wondering if anyone has successfully straightened one and if so how? Hydraulic press +/- heat? MASSIVE bar and lots of brute force? put it in the bin as it can’t be done? any tips gratefully received! thanks ed Quote
Captain Scott Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 Hi there, Do you still have any spare parts available for this trailer, I'm trying to get hold of a replacement draught eye damper like the one in the picture (or one the ones that bolts directly on to draught eye without the gap). I am willing to pay for the parts and postage or come and collect if it isn't too far. Thanks Robert Quote
MrEd Posted April 14, 2022 Author Posted April 14, 2022 Hi Robert I don’t sorry, I swapped it for some bits for my WT Quote
