Can you ID vehicle

The RAFP vehicle has loud spaaker or searchlight  and whote circle on the door

It can't be 1945, the Standard Vanguard was'nt launched untill feb. 1948, the pick up truck was launched later that year but the first cars were for export only, so it would have been a while before the RAF took delivery of Vanguard pick ups so the photo must be sometime from 1950 on

The bike looks like a Triumph TRW so is unlikely to be in service abroad before 1950.

Might the device on the roof be a loudspeaker to scare birds away from a runway?

I would think the loudspeaker was for public order situations, The white circle was a common feature at that time with units in the suez zone and middle east , often an abbreviation for the station or unit was applied.
