I have recently acquired a 300 watt BSA CHorehorse generator which is in bits and I am trying to rebuild it however I have no parts diagrams or technical data. Does anyone have access to either? the immediate problem is how to assemble the crankshaft to give the correct valve timing. Any help would be most appreciated.

I have a wartime 15V generator which I can't get to run. Do you have a spare carburetor? Also an exhaust pipe and silencer. Thanks.

The gen sets that we have are the BSA 300w 30w sets, we've plenty of sets that could be bought at the right price for spare or repair.  Also an American one that might be useful spares or repair, similar size, make unknown used by Allied forces in WW2. Ring Tim 07936 048802.

I can supply photos on request.

Tanks Paul, I had a great chat with Tim and will be in contact again with a view to getting a BSA generator . I wonder if you could email me on douglasmatheson@btinternet.com. Tim suggested that I send you some details about a Saracen which I have for sale.Regards Doug.
