Worth looking on the National Historic Ships Register to see if it is listed there. You can limit searches by date of manufacture, say 1939 to 1945.

A surprising number of MTBs and MGBs survive as houseboats.

It's a bit like wrestling water at the minute, trying to get information. I think it is the same type as the one involved in an accident while making for Amble harbour in the late 1960s, possibly early 1970s. With the remains of the boat taken to RAF Acklington.

Rescue Pinnace number 1386 capsized while heading for Amble harbour on 29 sept 1969 with the loss of 3 crew. A memorial has been erected at Amble harbour.
