Wiring for Penman Trailer

I have started to try and sort the wiring out and have tried to unplug the fog lamp connection, pictures attached, yes I am mechanically thick but learning, how do I get it apart, I pulled the silver pins but still couldn't get it apart, any help would be appreciated

Squeeze the pins together push on then ry to pull off, may work as they are under tension.

The wire from that had been cut when in MoD I am trying to sort it out
