This is the best penetrating oil I’ve come across: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F263293111736

A quote [ a man who never makes any failures never makes any successes either ] very true

This is the connection to the radio outlet box (just a plain metal junction box) located on the inside of the body below the passenger all ACM 1 and 2 bodies were fitted with it as standard from MB 21

Jeezz, that is not just a bit off, that has gone terribly wrong in all aspects..

For me it is a part of the hobby to study, prepare and executing such a rebuild job.

I guess most go wrong by not having the right tools ea micro/depth meter besides the knowledge on how to measure with that plate for measuring the pinion depth. Or the simple trick to use your old bearings for shimming the axles sides.

Do these need a separate spout guys. Regards the jeep having a mare trying to get the pintel hooks off, from there going to work my way from back to front with the chassis bolts.

Yes, you can get flexible spouts for these.
