No it does not, even if the Hippo was registered as a Motorcaravan, its all fixed equipment, not a load its pre 1960 Historic commercial vehicle and only requires a cat.B car licence to drive it, same for a 30 year old bus can be driven on car licence, restricted to 8 passengers
