I now have both the 12 and 30 volt auxiliary dynamos and one mounting cradle. I found the 30 volt dynamo in Belgium and with brexit and covid took a year and a half to get it back. Many thanks to everyone who helped out.

After a lot of research by Alastair we decided we would have to make the mesh for the grills. Alastair was able to find a company that could cut 1.6mm plate into 3.5mm strips. I then made tooling to press the zig zag into each strip then wove them together. The grills have U shaped edging around them, it was a challenge to work out how to loose the extra metal on the shoulders of the grills. Lots of metal went in the scrap. The grills are only slotted into the edging. I ended making up 7 grills which took a lot of time and drove me mad!
