MatchFuzee
Assuming that you are still looking for a steering wheel. 1. Have tried the Post Vintage Humber Car Club? http://www.humber.org.uk/ 2. If you fabricate the steel frame, Steering Wheel Restoration Services mould the bakelite/plastic parts. They also undertake custom built steering wheels to order:- http://www.steeringwheelrestoration.co.uk/index.php
TankNutUK
Thanks for your suggestions MatchFuzee. I have a broken steering wheel and have been following up on a couple of leads. I am now in contact with both the Post Vintage Humber Car Club and Steering Wheel Restoration Services. There are some great people out there, performing restoration miracles on the historic vehicle circuit. With luck, I'll have a steering wheel that is looking like new early in 2018. MatchFuzee
If you do have your original steering wheel repaired, it would be interesting to see a before and after photo of it.
