Markheliops Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 Hi all. Just a confirmation request please. I am mid servicing the Stalwart Mk2 after swimming in the Solent. The gearbox oil is is contaminated so I am dropping the lot. To my surpries, the gearbox was filled with EP oil. My servicing schedule clearly states OMD110. I've checked on here and people seem to be discussing OEP220 for the gearbox which in my mind is wrong, unless there is a mod I am unaware off. I know OEP220 goes into the transfer box and central lub rication system but can some one please confirm the correct oil for the gearbox? No guessing please chaps - a definative answer is what I am looking for. Thanks Markheliops Quote
Nic.Clay Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 In modern equivalent terms - EP90 in the cross member for the wheel stations, SAE30 for engine and gearbox. It's worked for the last five years and I'm pretty certain that's what the manual says. Nic Quote

ArtistsRifles Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 As above - Equivalent of OND75/80/110 (SAE30) in both Engine and Gear Box with the equivalent of OEP220 (EP90)in the central lubrication tank. Quote
