RAFMT Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 As I said before, the focus seems to be on those firearms deactivated before the first Home Office specifications in 1986. They admit that those deactivated between 86 and 95 (so called "Old Spec") are easier to reactivate than those deactivated after 95, but that it is still hard.
