Registering a Vehicle.

sas pinkie

Question

I am looking at purchasing a land rover wolf that is not road registered.

What documents do I need to ensure I get with it and how do I go about road registering it.

It is simple or is it going to cause me any headaches.

At what point do I do the MOT?

Cheers

Karl,

Usually vehicles come with a 'Cast Vehicle Form' which you hand in at the local DVLA office, with a certificate of insurance and an MOT certificate. If it is an accident damaged Wolf, which was sold without paperwork, then it is a bit more of a challenge. You'll need to get proof of the date of manufacture from Land Rover using the chassis number, and take that instead of the cast vehicle form.
