Tony B
Sort of greenish. You will be hard put to find the original now though. http://www.blancoandbull.com/blanco-history/the-blanco-shades-over-time/ This will give you the idea. MHillyard
Im not sure how it varied during the war but I used this stuff. http://www.shootnscoot.co.uk/shoot-and-scoot-blanco-n03 I only bought 1 bottle and ran a bit short for perfection but I was not using the cleanest of webbing so had to get rid of the previous colours that were showing. Tony B
Thing is in combat use the stuff got scraped, wet and dirty anyway. So no two sets of webbing would be exactaly the same.

Davey089
Around 1943 onwards into Normandy KG3 , I've used the SOF and Shoot and Scoot . SOF covers the best straight out on the bottle ,agitate into dry webbing with a stiff brush in circular motion's, I don't dampen my webbing as recommended , think it thins it down too much . Dunkirk was Pea Green , SOF ran a batch of this a while ago .
WCMatt
And here I am thinking the correct color would have been a khaki/tan shade not green at all..... Matt
