Richard Farrant
That is the US Cavalry training school, the trike is driven at 40mph, if the guy on the horse can stay saddled, then he passes!

N.O.S.
I'd make the trike rear wheels slightly eccentric to give a rough up/down ride.........:cool2:
N.O.S.
Oh hang on - it looks like the platform may be mounted on coil springs! (see through the rear wheel).
Ron
Sorry but I don't believe a word of it. With all the horses and available space in the US why would they do that? And a horse from a fairground ride??? Looks like a carnival ride to me? Maybe to depict the Cavalry transition from horse to horse power. mcspool
Ron, that was a humorous reply I made Watch out Richard, some people take stuff they read literally and that is how old wive's tales like factory-fresh jeeps in crates start! Re. the picture: typically American, real men don't ride trikes, let alone a merry-go-round horse.... :cool2: [note: this is a humorous reply] Hanno Edited January 31, 2014 by mcspool

Ron
Ron, that was a humorous reply I made Well I didn't fall for it as per my reply. But they obviously made that thing for some reason? Sometimes the printed word doesn't quite show the tongue in cheek. I'm all for a bit of banter though. Ron
