Is it used on poss the sighting equipt? Or does it actually go on the missile and the charge facility to ensure full power when reqd by trickle charge? It is indeed the battery for the electrically operated tripod for operating two Vigilant ATGWs. I thought people would reckon the curved bit may be part of the missile itself.
