REME 245
There is an example with an original chassis and turret but repro hull in Somerset.
lssah2025
There is a LR chassis and some pieces of original armor in in the states, it was discussed about making one on that from dimensions and info from original ones, it was also thrown around to have a few sets of armour cut in the UK by a current LRC owner to do another one up on an original chassis that he owns, but nothing more has been done, he also discussed maybe doing a few repro ones up. I know of a chassis for sale and the owner has a LRC and can get you dimensions etc to do a repro body. But nothing else has been done..just a project on hold, maybe indefinitely. Wolfy
Theres some decent German scout car replicas based on Landys, I know theyve been 'threaded' on here in the past.
Watchdog8891
Hi all, I am now looking to take this on as a project myself and build my own LRC, still loads of research to do and measurements to take. Any advise would be helpful...if you have the draftsman's plans even better.. I will keep you updated as things progress. REME 245
The Somerset example is obviously close to you in Wiltshire. The owner will be attending one day of the Trowbridge event at the weekend but with Karrier K6.
